What It Is
A small 5V DC brushless fan on a 2-pin lead, offered in 40×40×10mm, 50×50×10mm and 60×60×10mm sizes. Oil-bearing motor spins 3500 to 6000 RPM at around 20 dBA for cooling mini PCs, 3D printers, routers, project boxes and small heatsinks.

Impressed, almost silent, effective cooling fan 60mm square, low revs so quiet only requiring 160millamps 5v. Usign qulaty
Very thin at 10mm as an unobtrusive addition to cooling a heavy use laptop blpwing acros the base vent.
So light as to on;y using doub;e isded foam adhesive to fix at the back of my laptop adn cools the base.
At 6cubic feet/mimute also can be an effective light breeze at 1mtr distance as a desk fan.
Not that the fan can damage but i suggest an optional addition wouid be a unobtrusive large grid plastic cage for the fan on the unptotected side if used external.
As expected the fan chassis is high qulaity rigid polycarbonate plastic.
Probably acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (abs) and/or a mixture of polycarbonate and abs (pc+abs), as rigid and fire proof.
Any noise at all is a mounting issue. Use adhesive foam. Moving air will always create some sound although this 60mm fan at 3000revs/minute is virtually silent.
