Honestly they’re perfect it’s just the foam that can make the straps a bit tougher to tighten but it does provide that support (if you have small wrists). i think i just have some getting used to it but overall i recommend for the price! i was testing them out and i feel way much more confident doing more heavyweight with dumbbells
