Excellent quality! It came in a really nice box, sturdy and even with plastic corners. The leather is good, they made the monogram as I requested in the form of a heart, excellent quality.

Shipping box was a bit injured but product not too bad, just some bends and wrinkles. i filled with all makeup to the max and hang on hook for a few hours and proper shape returned. love color, truly fits alot!! i choose silver initials, but i think it may be better to write whole name. thanks very much. it will work great for travel!

Bag came in and it look very good , minor smell but not worried about it . I am using for my bridal party and it is perfect especially since it’s customizable ! Only thing is i wish the letter were bigger overall worth the purchase!
