It arrived to me without any damage. there was a little water in the compartment inside the iron. the cord is protected from strong bends. in real life, it turned out to be a little less size. overall, we’re happy with the steam iron for the price, thank you! we had another iron before this one for many years from a different company but it didn’t have a steam function.
