It’s the cheapest and best product that supports Thunderbolt 4. I installed a Crucial 2TB SSD, and it’s fast and works well.

While looking for a Mac Mini docking station, I found a product that included an enclosure, so I bought it right away. The taste and texture are similarly good to that of satay. There are pros and cons to connecting the hub and hard drive separately. When I put the Mac Mini on top, it moves around a lot, so it would be nice to have some kind of device to secure it in place.
A dust cover is not necessary. I don’t really need it. The power button of the Mac Mini is covered.

Very well built. I decided not to install the SSD inside it because I use it on top of the Mac Mini and don’t want direct heat. I’m using the NVME in a dedicated dock.

So far so good, the speed matches its 40Gbps, I’m surprised it doesn’t need additional power, it’s phenomenal because when the Ma Mini is turned on, the SSD almost behaves like an internal drive.

The product is great. It doesn’t block any signal, and the material looks the same as the computer. I like the design, as it seems from the same company and official, so it doesn’t make visual noise. What i disliked: due to the same reason of design i find quite difficult to turn on (the dust cover is blocking the entrance for the finger to click turn on button) so i need to raise it every time. The transfer speed is good, no doubts, the problem i could point out is overheating. After certain time, like 1 hour after turn on, the ssd case is too hot, and of course the fan of the computer won’t help that much even if the case is the disipator itself (due to the lines at the bottom). This happens even with sleep mode, so i didn’t find out if it’s a failure or what. No matter if i place at the bottom or the top, the case ends transfering the heat to the computer, so i think if this keeps happening i will split them, breaking the visual integration unfortunately.
