You can buy without fear, personally. I bought two from the same supplier, separated the purchases to avoid paying customs fees, but they arrived without any damage to the memory. I haven’t tested them yet because I’m still assembling the PC and waiting for the other one to arrive. I didn’t have any problems with customs either, and it arrived within the estimated time given by the supplier. I’m very satisfied.

The memory is very beautiful and durable.
My components:
Motherboard: Asus PRIME B550M-A AC
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G
Fully compatible and XMP/DOCP activated without any issues in the BIOS!
In fact, it is 8GB, 3200MHz, CL16. SK Hynix chips.
Here are photos with evidence and a test using CPU-Z.
