Back : 6 tight strips to hang things
Front : plastic adjustable hinge which can hold any phone length up to 18 cm (around 7.5 inches screen) and next to it, separate space for a big pen or cylinder

16 cm height x 11 cm length x 7 cm depth, which is more than enough for a belt pouch.
I mean if you get 6-7 of these in your belt, they are definitely equivalent of a small size back pack, without hurting you back much
About weight, didn’t measured it but i seems between 100 or 120 grams, light enough, for all the durable material it. I got it for around 1.5 $ due to coins n coupons

It’s a good product, you can tell that the finishes are good, and it can be firmly and easily adapted to different strap sizes and positions. It’s a bit smaller than I expected; my phone doesn’t fit in the external pocket by about a centimeter, but it does fit inside, although my mom’s phone model does fit outside, so they can’t be blamed, you just have to pay close attention to the measurements.
