The fabric is thick – easy to steam… because there are so many skirts like this now and everywhere the fabric is different – even rags. The skirt is great for its price! Size M fits well for 74-96, just right! The elastic doesn’t squeeze, there’s a slight bulge at the back, but I ordered it to go with a sweater. It’s sewn neatly. One thing to note is that it’s not milky white, but more of a cream brulee color with a beige tint. A completely justified purchase for this price.
