Got one for my dog and one for my daughter’s dog but they both went to my daughter because they are fairly big for a small dog, even the extra small. It’s a wide collar however very useful and very bright and love that it has three different modes, fast flashing, slow flashing, solid, and off, very bright when turned on

Received as described, the collar fits perfect and the multifunctional light is amazing. You can make it blink, strobe, or stay solid. You can also brighten or lower the brightness. I recommend and i will be purchasing again. Collar itself is made heavy duty material.
