It’s a great product, so this is my fourth purchase. The entire surface heats up evenly and the electricity cost is excellent. I bought it for plant germination, but I also use it on my own chair for warmth by adjusting the temperature. In Japan, a US plug might work, but this product has a larger plug pin on one side, so you need to DIY it to fit Japanese outlets. EU products tend to be cheaper, so I bought them and DIYed the plugs to fit Japanese ones. It’s much cheaper than buying from Japanese resellers.
