It’s a nice dehydrator. While not quite the size i was expecting, it did hold just enough to be very useful. It held temperature pretty well and did a good job in less time than i expected. I might have to see if they have a bigger version.

This is a vevor product. I like vevor for their reasonable prices and decent quality. The only bone i have to pick with vevor is the utter inavailability of replacment or repair parts. But i paid $31 delivered for this so i can’t complain much. And, unlike many of their items with stainless components, this one came in undented. It’s a bit smaller than i had envisioned, but that’s ok too cuz i was worried about where to put it in my tiny place.
How does it work? I have no idea. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. But if it performs like all the other vevor stuff i have, it’ll be fine. A dehydrator with this capacity for $31 rates a 5 star in my book unless it’s doa and, since it’s a vevor, i’m not worried about that. Shipping was faster than average for ali and my only nitpick is that it doesn’t include any kind of mat for more liquidy foods, like fruit, but i can get those separately, probably for about $31.

I already tried it and it works very well, dehydrates meat and cheese very well, you have to leave the meat as thin as possible.
