The griddle uses an induction heating system, which explains the steel cooking surface; a disadvantage is that it rusts, so it needs to be oiled if not used for a while. It would have been more hygienic to make everything stainless steel, so not recommended for professionals. Apart from this detail, it works well, but is a bit heavy (10.2 kg for the 535×415 model) and sophisticated for individuals.
