I am extremely satisfied with this product, the best I have purchased from Ali in the past 3 years.
When I was moving apartments and wanted to have the cleaning done, they asked for 150,000 won per window.
It was too expensive, so I bought it from Ali for about 46,000 won.

I was curious about the performance, so I rented it from a place in Korea that offers rentals.

It seems like a must-have for high-rise apartments… I only cleaned the windows that hadn’t been cleaned in 2 years twice, but they are quite clean now. I am really satisfied. I bought it after much deliberation since last year and I am satisfied with it.
The noise isn’t as loud as I thought, and it comes with an extra mop head, so I recommend buying a separate mop head to use and then throwing it away, rather than thinking about vacuuming it.

I didn’t read the instructions properly and sprayed a lot of water from the beginning, but if you read carefully, it says to dry wipe first. • Noise: Since it uses a vacuum suction method, it produces noise at a level similar to that of a vacuum cleaner (approximately 60~70dB). The issue of interfloor noise is minimal, but it is recommended to avoid using it late at night.

It was a good decision to buy this device. It is easily operated with the remote control. The comments from the other customers are accurate. It removes a lot of work and leaves both the glass and tiles looking very clean. It is true that cleaning by hand results in better results, but this robot makes up for the difference between doing it yourself or having it do it for you. It makes a bit of noise, similar to a vacuum cleaner. Cleans relatively quickly. If the glass is very dirty, it’s better to do a first dry wipe, as indicated by the seller in their specifications, and then another wipe with water. We tested it right away – just poured water into the container. The window had not been cleaned previously, as it wasn’t very dirty.
On a dry window, the robot stuck well and did not fall off…
And as soon as I sprayed a little bit of the window cleaning solution, it didn’t hold back and flew away.
That is, the window must be completely dry.

Very surprised by the good product it is… 1/3 of the value compared to what they sell here in Chile. It arrived quickly. Keep in mind that if the window has a lot of dirt, it is indeed recommended to release the loose dirt… otherwise the cloth gets dirty very quickly and needs to be changed to leave the glass clean. When you remove it, it leaves a mop mark, but it comes off quickly with a dry cloth.

I received it yesterday and immediately tried to clean the mirrors in the built-in cabinet. I’m very satisfied with the result! But when I washed on the water spray mode, the robot left streaks with lint. So I then washed on the dry mode, but before that I sprayed a bit of window cleaning solution on the mirrors. Five star! Works best if windows have frame, havent experienced any falling and i have very high windows. It has sensors so it can work without a frame eg. Mirror but very small chance it can fall. Needs to be plugged in, but has a very long cord or get an extension cable. Prewash cloths. My preference one cloth damp, other dry. If windows very dirty, need to run once completely dry, then wet. It’s a very effective machine, savior for people with lots of big windows. Does need 4-10 min depending on size to clean but beeps when done. If your lazy, get this and windows sparkle after!

It’s convenient that the set includes replacement cloths; if the windows were very dirty, it won’t clean them completely the first time. You’ll need to go over them again. It works very well and i am super happy with the value for money. Considering wr have huge windows and live on the 8th floor it was actually dangerous to clean the windows. This little machine did a very nice job. As a piece of advice, wash the cloths before cleaning with them because they leave lint on the first use. Also, if there are still streaks after the first pass it means the window was very dirty so you need to change the cloth and set it to do another pass. It’s not magical, but it saves you a lot of headake.
