Exactly as expected, low end specs but good value. no fan so its completely silent tho it makes a beep when you power on. comes with power cable, sata cables, mounting plate & screws. windows 11 is pre installed. i will be using it for older low intensity games, browsing with very few tabs, and writing a few papers. no shipping issues to speak of
