It stretches very well. It feels like it has a lot of spandex, so even if you buy a size smaller than you think, it still stretches enough. I ordered size M (178/70), but I think I should have bought size S. It might be a bit hot in the summer. It’s a very cost-effective product.

This is a game changer. It is not only much mor comfortable to wear a phone in it (compared to the “special” back pocket of shorts) but this fits comfortably my flasks as well.
The only comment is that i had to buy size m (62,5-70kg and waist 75-85cm) when i am 85kg and 83cm. The l one (i have two) is a little big for my taste.
So when purchasing please look at waist and go for a smaller one if you are on the edge.

My wallet in my running shorts pulled them down. This waist bag solves the problem nicely. There seems to be enough room to carry a spare 500 cc water bottle when the weather is hot.

This is the second one I’ve ordered. I liked the first one so much that I ordered another to alternate between them. It’s made of thick fabric, with a good pocket to put the bottle. On the front, it has a backpack holder and on the back, it’s for putting trail poles. For the price it has, it’s much better than those from Decathlon.

Great item, well made, with a good quality mesh! It’s a single pocket around the waist only divided at the top and has hooks for the chest rig, plus those for trekking poles and two small ones for carabiners, keys or other items. I would have added a zippered pocket to put money, keys, and other small items that you don’t want to risk losing during an outing, but overall it’s a good product! !
It’s better to choose one size smaller, because that way it doesn’t move when it’s loaded with things.

I bought it for running and it’s really nice. My waist is 33~34 inches, and size M fits snugly. It’s a bit small because if you sweat and wash it, it might stretch out. It fits perfectly with my Galaxy Note 20 and holds well even when running, so I really like it.
