This is the second one i bought. I used the first for a small home server rack. This one is going to be an av rack.
It’s a good product.very solid. There are better cooler versions, but i just wanted basic and well built. That is what this is.

Received order just today and assembled it. I have some notes.
Frame is fastened together with m5 machine screws. All the m5 screw holes appear untapped, so driving the screws in is difficult, even with an electric screwdriver. This made the assembly process take a long time.
Two of the 32 screw holes that the corner brackets mount to were not bored out properly on my unit.
Some more thought could have been given to hole placement for the corner brackets. Each corner brackets takes two screws right in the corner, making it difficult to position your hand to drive them in with a screwdriver without rasping your knuckles against sharp unfolded inside edges.

Arrived very quickly. The construction seems really solid, the casters can handle weight no problem. K was able to sit on top of the rack easily at 200 pounds. Use a power drill, some of the bolts take a lot of pressure going in.

All parts were accounted for and it was easy enough to understand and assemble. I did have a problem where some parts were pre-assembled and the way they got packed allowed another part to get bent. I was able to correct the bend but if i hadn’t noticed the problem it could have been more serious.
